Stray Dog Designs Puts The "Happy" In Interior Decorating

Stray Dog Designs lamp
Hunter Lamp

Stray Dog Designs has the cutest line ever.

When I came across their showroom at market I knew I had reached the happy place.  Their wide selection of colors and whimsical designs can't help but put a smile on your face.  The Hunter Lamp above is dressed in a hand embroidered shade that in their own words is fabulously glam.  The clear glass base and over sized glass finial create a unique lesson in proportions and let's the shade take center stage.  The lamp sits on the Adelaide Table which is papier mache and available in 11 colors.

Colorful mirrors, tables, and lamps by Stray Dog Designs
The Magalie Mirror above is designed to look like gnarled sticks.  To it's right hangs the Sally Pendant with an aqua scalloped tin shade and chartreuse tin ball finial. If you go to the link, click to change the color to a white shade with pink trim.  Careful you may want to run out and find a little girl's room to decorate just so you can use that lamp.

Artichoke lamp in stray dog pink
The Artichoke Lamp was definitely my favorite.  Handmade of papier mache from recycled materials with a white painted shade.

Neutral color options for lamps
Stray Dog Design calls their Blum Wood Floor Lamp stately…elegant…organic…fun…sculptural.  I think that sums it up nicely.  The Horace Glass Lamp captures your attention with it's bold horizontal stripes.  I couldn't help but love the chalkboard wall backdrop.   I have a thing for chalkboard.  You can check out many things chalkboard on my topography pinterest board

So I hope this brought you a little happy and maybe inspired you to include a little happy color in you life.   -  Marianne
