You can always count on a feast for the eyes at the Thibaut showroom. Their beautiful wallpapers, fabrics, and fine furniture are displayed to perfection. Like this Maze wallpaper in Coral and the Hex ottoman in Etosha Embroidery in Taupe. The console and mirror are by Oomph and the lamps by Currey & Company, complementing Thibaut's offerings. Each vignette invites you in. You just want to sit and stay a while, soak in your surroundings. Isn't that exactly the feeling you what to create in your own home.
I am excited that Living With Color Designs has chosen to offer this line to my clients. Beautiful fabrics and wallpapers were not the only draw. Thibaut Fine Furniture is true bench- made furniture built by American craftsmen with decades of experience. Quality is the goal here: hardwood frames, eight way hand tied, hand finished, spring down seat cushions, and four way pattern matching. Like the Monterey wing chair above in Mykonos Key in Aqua.
The only way to distinguish your home from everyone else's is through the details. Like the custom contrast welting shown on the sofa above. Take it away and the statement is lost. Designers are always focused on the details. Those details are what will in the end reflect their clients personality and taste. Brighton sofa in Dyed Sack with Coral Cotten welt.
I mentioned in an earlier post about my affection for grasscloth. I am pleased to see it back on walls again but also covering furnishings like the Wrapped Bar table above in Shang Extra Fine Sisal in Aqua and the Wrapped End Tables in Wedgewood Blue below.
Grasscloth provides a unique texture and warmth, the custom nailhead trim just sends it over the top creating a unique statement. Nothing adds drama like contrast so go for some contrast.
The Westwood chair was devine in this greek key pattern and added nail head trim. Fabric: Meander Velvet in Navy. I want a pair for my home.
Thibaut sums it up perfectly, "Great furniture begins with great design: pleasing proportions, comfortable scale and the perfect pitch of a back or seat". After all, it's all about the comfort.
Included in their furniture offerings are sectionals. And all of their furniture includes finish options available in 28 standard or premium wood finishes or Benjamin Moore paint colors.
Their headboard offering's have been expanded to include custom wood and color options. This is the Darian Upholstered Bed in Bleach finished in Blooming Grove by Benjamin Moore. Custom Pagoda canopy in Luzon in Green and Raspberry.
If I can help you with any Thibaut products please contact Living With Color Design for pricing and other information. - Marianne
