Heading Home From The Design Blog Conference

Well I have a few new friends available to ride home with me. I guess there will be a little arm wrestling to see who gets the front seat.  This is all the loot I am taking home from the wonderful sponsors of the Design Blog Conference 2014. 

This has been the most amazing experience and I can't wait to share it here with you when I get home. It is difficult to put into words.  All I know is that whether or not I become a super successful designer and blogger the information I have gained here is transformational.

And if you read my last post "Where The Road Leads…" then you know that I held out a hope that I would actually meet Candice Olson who is truly my favorite designer, someone I have followed and admired for years.  So as you see I did get the opportunity to meet Candice and she was so gracious, taking time to hold conversation with each of us as we came to meet her and take a picture.  In the near future I will share with you the burning question I had for her.

Oh Yea, I forgot about this bag.  This was the purchase I made at the mall when I went to see the beautiful Kitchen Build and hear the presentation by Suzanne Kasler.  I have decided that this Tori Birch bag will ride in the front seat. 

I think I have made a good choice. Don't you?  -  Marianne
